This is an amazing experience I had, Drivo staffs are doing excellent job. They are very punctual and very particular on their commitment.nThe car was new, well maintained and drove less kilometres. By rule 'Booking can not be accepted when your license is suspended.'nnThey accepted my advance of 500₹ before 24hrs. When I came to pick the vehicle they are telling me that my license is suspended. So they can't accept my booking. But they won't refund the advance amount.nnWhile accepting my order they could have told me that my license is suspended. I didn't know my license was suspended until they informed after verifying from m-parivahan.nnThey have not made any bookings on my name when they received advance. Now they are not refunding my advance.nnLicense suspended means booking cannot be accepted. So they should have refunded my amount before 24hrs.nnThey are unprofessional and duping people. This 500₹ they kept by lying to me.
