No mention of open hours. Had to wait till they opened at 6 30 am. No air available. Manager made excuses and didn’t help do an air check. Horrible customer experience.

The individual who operates the air filling station is not trained at all. This has happened to my car twice and only when I got my air filled at this particular shell.nThe first time, the gentleman forgot to close the valve leading to a terrible puncture. I thought this was a one off and I decided not to go ahead and judge the place. Although this morning this very same thing happened once again.nI think it's important for shell to think of better customer service which is great but get your training right please.
