a good reading room. planning to take the subscription. will update the experience after using their service. visited it today. everything looks good except the fear of covid 19. not sure how strict they are with the norms they have mentioned. will update soonnnUPDATE:nMy experience was very good reading inside it but They have started charging extra for wifi now.nnFor BBSR the rates are a bit high compared to other cities.nnI have stopped going there as this place is far from my house

The worst library in Bhubaneswar.You can also tell the fraudest library. Students are listening music loudly, talking with each other like a normal public place and the worst thing is the authorities are not even responding after knowing this. Instead they are telling, if you want to leave the place then leave without paying the security money which I had paid at the time of admission..

I was a member of this library and left it because of its poor services and also failing to resolve them. Starting from toilet hygiene, it's not cleaned regularly, leaving behind foul and horrible smell. The rooms, cabins, common areas, discussion rooms and trash bins are not cleaned at all for days.nnI tried to complain about these issues to the library management here and also to the customer support multiple times but no resolutions have been made.
