I booked over telephone number provided in website. The person asked me on how many persons is to travel and all.nnAs only dad was to travel , I asked for the price. They told it would cost 9/- per km .nnHowever, they charged 10/- per km once trip is over saying a bigger car was provided.nnThis is unprofessional and why a customer will bear loss due to mistakes by company.nnHad it been and professional company they would have had recorded lines and refund money. So, definitely these guys are very much not professional.nnALERT!! The owner will call you 1000 times stupidly for asking money as if you are not giving money.nnALERT!! They will say 9/- per km and send 13/- in mail , if you miss the mail , you bear the loss.

Very prompt and reasonable service. The cab arrived ON time. Operator explained clearly all charges b4 booking. So no extra charges after booking. Cab Driver Mr. Deepak kumar was so polite and professional.
