I own a KTM 390 Adventurer and I had given my bike for a 3rd free service and was very unhappy when I received it .This service lacks the KTM feel and also the process that most of the KTM showrooms have . Here is why I say that .nnWhen I walked inn initially there was no one to attend you immediately and once I was attended I was asked the below questions :nn1) What do you want - My answer was I have to do the free service and its 7500 kms and I have come riding all the way from bangalore ..n2) What else you want me to do - I said do all the routine checks that needs to be done and there is a screw fallen off the number plate put that and he said okay .nnAfter that he just walked in got this mobile clicked the picture of my TFT screen with the Kms information and walked off . I was taken back since as a customer they are suppose to come to you with a JOB card in hand mention all the issues and double check the bike and get a sign off from you which they clear did not . I also asked them do you service a KTM 390 adventurer since they have only 1 or 2 bikes that they have sold in Cuttack and hardly done a service of one bike and since the mechanic said yes we have done I trusted them and left it .At around 3.30 pm I receive a call from the mechanic and he asks me did you have any error flashing on your TFT screen and I told him NO and he said okay because now im getting a error after finishing all my work . So all I said it fix it and he said okay I will do something .nnAt around 4.30 pm when I went there they were still not able to fix the bike and they were asking me question are you sure you had no error before you tool the bike and this is where the JOB card comes into play . Before taking the bike they are suppose to write down all the issues and also take the bike for a spin to understand what problems are there which they did not . For almost 20 mins they could not fix the issue and then they walk to me and say you pay the bill and you can now take the bike with the ECU/ ABS / MTC failure and we will call you and let you know when to come to fix the issue . So the mechanic does not clearly care about the safety of their customer first and foremost screws the bike with all these errors and now he wants me to ride the bike with all these errors which is a clear threat to my life . He also had the audacity to tell me he will call me whenever he gets a solution and till then he expects me to ride with all these error. I would say IRRESPONSIBLE .nnWell I still paid the amount and thought I will come back the next day to fix it . By 5.30 pm the place becomes dark and while I took the bike delivery it was a bit wet so it still looks like it came out if a wash . When I reach home I realised that the bike was hardly washed , there was Zero chain lube put on the chain and the bike is delivered with all the software failure . ALL IN ALL ...If you give a good condition bike to be serviced they do the opposite they screw it up and deliver back to you .nnJust because I knew a few people in KTM I made some calls and finally landed to the Bhuvaneshwar KTM showroom and that experience was great . I have left a brief review on that showroom make a point to read it and you won't regret .nnI strongly advice you not to walk into this showroom at least if you are a out station person travelling since the lack all the standards of a KTM . I just hope they have done the Oil change and whatever they said they have changed since that is something I could not check . I have my doubts .nnSORRY FOR THE BAD REVIEW GUYS BUT ITS TIME YOU CHANGE OR ELSE SENSIBLE PEOPLE LIKE ME WONT COME TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ANYMORE .nnNOTE : PICTURES I HAVE ADDED ARE AFTER THE BIKE WAS SERVICED AND DELIVERED...CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS .
