No auto service. They directly said no autos, although there were autos available in the stand. As said it’s 24hrs service, however there is hardly 1-2hr service throughout the day. In fact if u reach late night or early morning, remember there is no chance of getting a prepaid auto. Pathetic

This place is not as govt rule,In the evening time the counter is closed ,for that every passenger have problem to get a prepaid auto..the outside auto get more fare due to this take as much they want because nobody refused it due to its night time.

Worst service. Employee in counter is not at all dedicated, Has settings with auto walas. Each time you ask about a ticket he will say there is no auto you have to wait till an auto comes & his auto never comes though you can see auto coming & taking passengers.
