The best beach near Vadakara. Not much crowded. You can enjoy a coastal drive here.Best for a cycling in evening.Also called turtle beach since turtles comes here to hatch.But a rare site now a days.

Its an estuary and in a beautiful location. The straight road running 1.5km next to the sea is simply wonderful. Lot of fun for kids with shallow waters and not so rough waves.. Small mangroves next to the beach and backwaters is also very interesting. A very scenic place near Calicut.
