Actually these people deserve negative rating, however, google reviews doesnot have such option.nnOnce ordered they do the followingn1) They will wait until coustomer wakes them up with a reminder that they had placed an order.n2) You can even connect to PM's office, but connecting to a customer care of eazyshopee is extremely difficult. If you could connect, then you can consider yourself as one of the luckiest person on earth.n3) After connecting, you will be promised that your order will reach in 3 to 4 days. But the catch is you will not be disclosed from which date that 3 to 4 days should be counted.n5) Finally, if you order books in the begining of academic year, it will definetely reach you before the end of academic year, if you are lucky enough. In case if you order them after a delay, then chances of getting before academic year are dim.
