By far the worst service I have experienced! The room was dusty sheets stained covers stained. No one had bothered to change any of the sheets or covers. I was excited to find atleast the towels had been changed. For a deluxe room, not even a bottle of water was provided. Service was absolutely horrendous. We asked for a change of sheets they took exactly one hour for the change and this too at 11 at night! Couldn't even get a good night sleep. Absolutely disgusted by the room and services would not recommend!

A great option for stopover..Clean & hygienic room as well as washroom. Proper care was taken with regards to Covid precautions. Despite minimal manpower, the front desk personnel and other staff were extremely helpful and courteous. We were carrying food so didn't much use the restaurant services...

It's ok. Nothing more, just about ok. There are practically no hotels in Vadakara other than this Gayathri Hotel and hotel North Park. The rest are all lodges and tourist homes (another name for lodges that's all). Don't expect much but due to the scarcity of decent hotels, this one is indeed a plus point. Rooms are ok. Clean enough, including the towels & bed spreads. Bathrooms are clean and fine. Food, well not much to choose from, just some basic items but they tasted all right. There is a bar at the hotel. Staff are friendly. Lot of shops and eateries in the area. The hotel location is just a 5 min ride from the railway station, 5 min walk to the new bus and taxi stand. Another advantage is that if you book directly at the hotel, you get 24 hr check-in, check-out option, so one wont have to adhere to strict 12:00 check-out policy or stuff like that. Which is very convenient. But the downside to booking directly is that the per day AC room charge would come to 2k plus tax whereas the same would come to less than 2k with tax included when you book online but without 24hr check-out option. If you ask me if this place is worth 2k per night, I would say NO but then considering the options available, one will have to make do with it.
