The experience was very bad. I was probably cheated. I was given a single room for 800 rs. Even the staff had a confusion of what is the actual amount some staff was telling me it's 600. It's not because of the amount but it's totally unorganised way of handling guests.nnI have posted the cost of a double queen size bed in the pics down for rs 909 on the day when i vacated. So it's a clear case of cheating.nnEven the room you can see in pics down.nthere is No tv, flooring was horrible. Even the bedsheet they given was to small. Later they came asking do you want big bedsheet.nnBathroom was smelling horrible. I don't know why but when we used two times the smell went. So probably it wasnt good previously.nnI would not recommend this for anyone. Probably they should think of improving.

I liked this home stay facility in vadakara town, rooms are very hygienic and comfortable to stay with family here...They have only 4 to 5 car parking spaces

Good value for money. The staff was super welcoming and the service was great. The location is also near the main junction of the city and all our needs were taken care of... I strongly recommend this establishment

Staff behaviour is worse....me and family faced a bad experience and hotel administration is not at all cooperative...a good looking images and decorated courtyard doesnt make a hospitality....
