Hotel Radhey Heritage

Room Service is not good and there is no cleaning in any room and no water heater no wifi. You can't stay a single night in this hotel.

Good hotel with cheaper price. Me and my 4 friends stay for 2 night and cost of 2 night was 1500. Very clean room and toilet also hotel staff was OK.

Horrible experiexper!!!nnWe 3 friends-2girls & 1 boy we booked 1 deluxe room at the premise while checked in at evening 8pm, hotel room, bedsheets & blankets all very dirty, no basic toiletries were provided. No arrangement for clean drinking water, no support for hot bathing water in evening. Room window on back front had a huge bee hive & glass of window was broken from which mosquito & bees were a part of our room.(room no. 405)While accepting everything we adjusted with situation when at midnight around 11.50 pm when we were about to sleep, one of the nearby shop worker (who proclaimed to be friend of receptionist) came & opened the room window from outside which is when we noticed that it had no lock nor grill. Then We observed that All windows in most of rooms were Intentionally kept openable so that one can easily steal or jump into the room. Luckily That drunk guy was seen by my friend, he had opened half of window & was watching through it when she shouted & he ran with fear to terrace. We all woke up to realise that he was hiding in washroom of staff room on terrace caught & brought to hotel receptionist notice by us. Receptionist defended him saying it happened by mistake, & drunk guy had no answer for anything over the entire situation. when we asked to change the room so that we could sleep peacefully without fear of somebody stealing our valuables or harrasing us physically or mentally they did not support in the matter. Because of which all 3 of us had a restless night without sleep & fear of what's next being new to city landing in wrong premise basis trust of goibibo recommendations.nAlso FYI 3 different people in chittorgarh town said that is not a stay option for famifa stay.
