Bus is good. But they don’t know what the service means. Worst service ever seen. Poor response. Unable to contact the bus driver. Incorrect information. Bus change in the middle. Worst service ever seen in my life

The bus service very worst, it’s Better to travel in other bus services. They don’t know to treat the customer, the staffs were rude to the customer same like their buses are very poor and the rest stop is worse. They didn’t even contact the passengers for boarding time. Often they are changing the boarding point without informing the passengers . And in midnight they are changing the passengers to the others buses. The provided service number are not reachable always. I fed up in my previous travel . The most important part is , they are giving silk towel as a blanked.

Worst service. Booked from Ramanathapuram to Bangalore waited for 2 hours. No contact number. Suddenly bus got cancelled. My humble request please don't book KPN

Dear all,nnPlease do not travel in KPN travels. Me and my family had gone a visit to ramanathapuram. As per message they had mentioned stop at apollo plus pharmacy.The apollo pharmacy people have given a case against kpn travels for giving wrong contact number to customers. We did not get any message of bus. We ringed kpn office at ramanathapuram,he blocked my ph number.person at chennai kpn said he doesn't know anything.the head office number was not picked up.none cared for the money or time of people.we came to old bus stand and found there were people waiting for kpn.we joined them and found all numbers provided were fake.later bus came at 7:40pm which was scheduled to come at 7:00pm.no intimation and the drivers did not allow to keep suitcase in the luggage section.the bus that came was not multi axle.will add more Info in case if there is any more bad experience of kpn.

Very worst bus service, I wish everyone should boycott their busesnFeel very sad on the rameshwaram route bus, such a high price but very worst old non maintenance, dirty bus....nWater leaks from ac went, very bad smell curtains, dirty beds, ac not working properly.nBus delayed by 3 hours to arrive at rameshwaram which gives a big time trouble for my pre scheduled pooja.nRegret for choosing this worst travel for my valuable trip.
