I cancelled my booking on 17-03-2021 & waiting till now for the refund as I was eligible for free cancellation. First Mr. Neeraj told me it will take 10 days to refund but not get it till now. Today when I called him he told to talk to Mr. Roshan who is not in office & they do not know when he will come. Stay away from such cheaters.

Rooms are cheap but conditionwise too good . Room service, food quality are also very good both quality and quantitywise. Thanks for your mindblowing hospitality.

Such a bad experience..nWhen I'm entering hotel, everywhere spread lots of death cockroaches..
