I have always got a good services from here with reasonable fair. Only 1 problem I have faced all the time which is long queue for prepaid counter. Sometimes service are very quick and sometimes very slow. But it's the good source for reach our destination in reasonable prices. Overall experience is good. This is the best option for those people who are new in this place and don't know about the route of their destination. Prepaid taxi stand is located just in front of the Howrah station.

Download etexi app and book the taxi while you are about to reach Howrah station. A TBN token will be generated after online payment . You can generate taxi no slip while you reach taxi stand with that TBN no at kisko or counter . This way you avoid to stand in the long queues.nNote-n1-Prefer to pay by debit/credit cards as net banking not properly worksn2-TBN is valid for 24 hrs. hence book at current time as if you booked for far later time then slip will not generated before booked time and you have to wait till that time.
