Staffs are highly professional, a complete renovation is needed and location wise it's ok. Food can be improved a bit. Rooms are spacious and staffs are very much supportive. Will love to increase the rating if renovation and ambience gets improved.

Very good place with cordial staff at room service as well at the reception, also very cooperative towards providing response to requests always smiling staff, excellent food, and a very budget friendly place to stay, becoming the icing on the cake.nWould love to stay at the same place, when visiting kolkata again.nThank you very much to all the staff and the management team

Things are great, survices are always good, it's been June I m visiting and I never found any issues. I m happy and satisfied.

Their service is top notch. They treated me in a professional manner like a valued customer. Room quality is good for the price. The only issue is that it is hard to reach the hotel using google maps or uber.
