It is one of the last remaining pristine ecosystems of the Eastern Himalayas with its amazing Bio-diversity, and is home to many rare and endangered plants, animals and birds. It exhibits a rich variety of habitat as the area comprises the catchments and watershed of the Neora River with its tributaries. The Park with its dense forests is located on the tri-junction of Bhutan, Sikkim and West-Bengal. Though this sounds rather small, it has to be considered that due to the topographical features the surface of the Park is much larger.

Neora Valley jungle resort is an ideal place of rejuvenating one self from day to day mundane life. The quaint resort has all its possible amenities retaining the Virgin flavours of verdant woods and East Himalayan hills. You can gaze at the snow capped range of Kanchenjunga and other tall peaks sitting at the cozy, glass shielded balcony. Moreover, the excellent, fresh foods make your relaxation worth. The entire support system and the Man behind this whole, Mr.Pal are always on their toes to look after the guests at their level best.

Great resort and hospitality. The cottages are fairly clean with an attic and a sitting area with gorgeous views of the Himalayan peaks on clear days.nFood is simple but excellent.nThe Neora Valley reserve is an hour's drive from this place and it offers great trekking and camping sites.nHighly recommended

We loved this beautiful off beat destination. It's for nature lovers and birders. The lodging is mostly wooden furnishings with neat and clean linen and towels. Even the washrooms are clean and equipped with geysers and running water. Electric supply is a bit erratic and low voltage bulbs are provided which is fine. Carefully picked side lamps with torch like buttons are functional. Loved the meals we were served hot and tasty. Prem the cook also doubles up as an amateur birding guide.
