This hotel is good as well as bad. Let's first discuss good things -n1. The view of Lake & Hill from the balcony of the hotel looks very good.n2. It is on Zoo Road and Zoo is just walking distance from hotel.n3. Manager Mr. Kailash is a very nice person. At our behest, he changed the room because the first room was dirty and the mattress of the bed was useless.nNow discuss bad things-n1. Hotel rooms were not clean.n2. The lock of the room was very weak.n3. I ordered coffee and spoke for less sweet but he brought coffee very sweet.n4. Food is average.n5. No slippers in the room.n6. Service Boy will ask you the money for his service while checking out.
I wish the people, who are associated with must be more effective while serving the guests. Room Quality can be improved more. In house Food service should be improved.
