Never ever stay at this hotel... Very dirty, toilet flush was not working, complained many times but they were not bothered, staff is not cooperative they avoid you if you ask for something,intercom was not workingI checked out one day before. I would never suggest anyone.. Pls don't go there waste of money. At mall road many hotels are good and reasonable go directly and book.dont book online.

Views from hotel room are very good. Hotel doesn't have proper amenities. Staff was not good at all.

Dirtiest and most clumsy hotel in Nainital. Hotel rooms are so bad that once you enter the room you will see soiled bedsheets, untidy bathroom with out any hot water geyser. It was a big mistake to select this hotel
