Had expected better service but these guys are there just to exploit as much as they can,using there most rubbish common line,k sir pahado pr yhi rate hota hai. They offered us cab for rent @25% more than usual charges,rooms were tidy but washrooms were not well managed,taps and door locks were broken. Other than owner,Staff was kinda bit inflexible with some issues. And also Kitchen staff was unprofessional. Overall had bad experience there.

POOR HOTEL, 1. Cab pickup or Drop to Bus Stand or anywhere on down road not available, 2. Wifi service was soo poor, that I can't even check my mails (mobile networks not connectable), 3. TV service not good , yout tv can get no signal at any time, 4. Rude & unprofessional staffing, 5. Hotel Landlines never work, 6. if you want food in night or even tea you will not get that at this hotel after 9:30 to 10 pm, walk down road approx 900+ mtrs. take food or tea & walk up road towards to hotel bcz they will not provide you cab service, 7. The reception will be closed near 10 so if you need or want to know something you need to wait till next day morning, 8. DONT GO WITH THE PRICE, I know it is lower than other hotels but if you take this hotel you will regret, 8. IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND ALL THE FACILITIES WHICH YOU WANT YOU CAN TRY HOTEL MAHARAJ OR HOTEL PRASHANT, they both are on the same zoo road too, DONT TAKE THIS HOTEL.
