This is a heritage place since the pre Independence days. In 1960s and 1970s there used to be musical band played by PAC personnel of UP Police led by Capt Ram Singh. This carries the Nistalgic memories of the past. Now this is being revived in a small scale . Hundreds of people regularly visit this and nearby parks and boat stand.
