One of the worst service they leave us in btwn the ride nd hand over the horse and ask you to ride.. the guides do not guide you through the way they just name you the spots.. they tell you abt the refund amount in case you would come back from the fourth point but they don't please do not fall in trap of these location.. I request all the tourist who haven't experienced the horse riding before do not take the risk.... The local people fool you before you enter Nainital plz be aware of it .... please try to walk instead of taking horse riding
