Good hotel. Interior is quite new. Take top floor rooms for view of lake. But breakfast should be provided within the room rent charged. No breakfast for range inr 1600-1700 is disappointing. Parking not available so does in most of the hotels in Nainital, but one paid parking is available in 2 mins walking distance so that's good.

Very poor conditions of room. Water heaters not working properly. Food quality is worst. Service is worst. No arrangement of serving breakfast. Never book this hotel if want to enjoy your tour.
