Ok for a short stay. 1/2 hr away on foot to Lake (45 degrees up). Avoid if old age people accompanying. Parking available but a bit tricky to reach. Food is good & staff is polite n helpful.

Stayed there for 3nights. View is amazing. Fooding is delicious and hygienic. Staff is well trained and helping. Terrace view is love with nice sitting arrangements.

24 hours hot water not available , only from 6am to 10 pm. And sometimes had to call if hot water not coming between this time slab. Bathroom lock was not working.nnLittle bit expensive and kind of overpriced hotel i would say. Only pros is the naini lake view you get from the terrace.

The location though says close to centre, which it is, but they fail to mention it's uphill and communting up and down the market or for any other activity is tedious without vehicle. The common parking is fixed at 120 rs for 24 hrs with check-in and check out at 11 am and pm, which makes use of vechile to commute to and fro from the hotel makes it futile. Basic amenities like water is on charge able basis, room cleaning timings are fixed as per hotel and not as the guests convieence. the picture of the room top for sitting sipping a cup of coffee enjoying the view is also misleading. The staff was helpful with location as we arrived late and also with luggage movement. Rest was all okaish.
