We went as a family with 3 year old kid. People in hotel are very kind. They took care us so well as we don know the language. Room was very neat and clean. 24 hours hot water. Food is very nice. They customize as per our wish.nOverall very good experience.

A quaint place with clean rooms and caring staff. There's a really nice view of the naini lake from an open terrace.

Hotel was owsm, staff too, location was cool in front of lake and there are few more location which you can cover walking. Hotel manager was too polite and we have booked cab from hotel on a very reasonable cost. So it was best experience in nainital.

Don't go with the photos you see if this place on travel booking websites. It's almost half a km away from Mall Road, Nainital. Looks like someone's house has been redecorated as hotel. I would suggest you to book this hotel only if you're going bachelor or alone. Won't suggest for family as privacy is major concern.
