It is an average hotel offering budget accommodation. Rooms are not that great but have beautiful views of lake. Bathrooms are not clean and there are webs around. All rooms do not have geysers but they do provide hot water in buckets. Quality of food is OK. Service is good but they expect leberal tip in return. One has to bargain with them. Previous room occupants were given one 3 double bedroom at Rs. 2500/day while looking at rush they charged us Rs. 3000/day. Their price list shows Rs. 5000/day. We were offered double bedroom at Rs. 1600/day. They pay commission to taxi drivers who bring tourists to hotel so make sure you visit alone for booking rooms else they will offer rooms at 15-20% higher rates.

It is brilliant.... everything is renewed.from rooms to the toiletsnHospitality has improved lake view is great in the winters there is snow all around....nThere are many cute dogs ....it was the best lake viewing hotel in the Mall road better than Alka anyway.....you should visit there it is worth looking at....ud83dudc4cud83dudc4cud83dudc4c

*JMD9*nThis hotel is located in front of nani lake on mall road and this location is to good you just a step out form hotel and you are on mall road .Other facility of this hotel is not up to the mark please ask what they will provide you in services while booking .Hotel is safe and overall experience is good .

We took one of the expensive rooms, which was not worth it. Rooms had not been cleaned properly. The trash from people staying previously had not been cleaned. Bathroom was dirty. Blanket given was stinking.

Good Hotel located at Mall Road Nainital.nGood facilities available. Staff polite and courteous. Room rents reasonable.nParking not available.
