Its actually a heritage property and we had a great experience nice service and staff. All people having friendly behaviour and hotel is suitable for family to stay. Best services and staff is very much supporting. Rooms were clean.nAbout the location, it is near the mall road but at a very steep climb with amazing mountain view (atleast i got a room with a viewud83eudd2a). And the height is not at all a problem because you will get the hotel taxi for the pickup and drop to the mall road. So its a really good point which adds more comfort to your stay.

Wow... very cozy place to stay... British style setup...limited food items availability in the hotel, but, most of them are delicious...located near Mall Road, steep climb to reach the hotel, parking is available...free shuttle service is also available for those having problems with climbing hills...

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Nainital. Looks like a heritage English bungalow, this resort has beautiful wooden constructed rooms. Very courteous staff and great hospitality. Food is awesome.

The hotel is in a beautifully restored old building. Excellent location with great view of the lake and adequate parking that is always a problem in Nainital. Really helpful staff and an excellent Chef made the stay enjoyable.
