Very co operative staff . Specially manager rakesh ji . Food was Delicious . Lake View was fine . Accessible from mall road .

I rated this hotel with 1 star due to following points:n1. Person at reception in day time was very rude, he was questioning on our breakfast order.n2. Geyser was not working after 2 hours they resolved the issue, waste of time,n3. You can not charge or use multiple gadgets as there wernWas only two charging point and also far from Bed,n4. There was no taste in breakfast and any food item, after 9.30pm you can not eat anything as their resturant not cook after this time.n5. Room Heater will be provided by them with ingenuine hire charges and without any bill.n6. Their reception number always go busy, and breakfast order will be taken by reception, you will never get what you order.n7. You have to beg for your order multiple time as their rude behaviour will not let you feel that you are customer.nThis hotel is totally waste of money.

First it’s not suitable for old age persons, it has around 50 stairs to reach reception first than 10 more to reach your rooms.Hotel staff is not humble they may sometime talk rubbish. Room 206 207 208 doesn’t have any lake views these are back rooms, rooms are small if you compare as price, so the bed is small. Wifi would not be working on these rooms signal strength would be very low.nThis hotel doesn’t have parking so you have to park your vehicle to the end of Mall Road which is quite far from hotel and that parking is chargeable as well.nChandni Chowk Restraunt is few steps away from hotel which is good option for your lunch dinner and breakfast.nYou can rent out bike at the very start of the hotel stairs.nnAt the end I would say it’s not worth the money I was charged 7500 including tax for 2 days stay.

This hotel is not suitable for old age people as it has 40-50 stairs to reach the hotel and 10-15 more to reach your room.nThe location given on the map is also wrong. This hotel is at the last end of the lake.
