One of the worst tavel agency, with no support after booking through them. The guy never picked up our calls after we were denied a ticket that was booked and cofied through surya travels. Kindly save yourself from future troubles, and do your bookings online.

Worst travels company. Cheater and lier. We booked 3 slipper tickets for Delhi, later on they converted into seater at time of departure. When we asked for sleaper seat. They threatened us to kick out from the train. Don't book your bus tickets from here.

We had worst experience with them.They charged us Rs.3500/- for providing a SUV to take Lake Tour which included visit to Bhowali, Sattal, Bhimtal, Nauchakiytal and Hanumangarhi but later he showed us Sattal from a view point(He didn't took us to the lake but showed us from very far that it is Sattal). Also, he kept saying that Bhimtal and Nachakiytal is same,we will halt only at one taal. and we couldn't enjoy Bhimtal as again the driver didn't stop the cabover there.nnAlso, he showed us a hanuman temple near BHimtal but never took us to Hanumangarhi which was planned.nnSuch travel agents are shame to Nainital,Uttarakhand and India.I am wondering what these travel agents and tour operators would do with foreigners when they are treating us like this.
