Ispar No. 3 or Padma Water Work Dam No. 3 is not unknown to the people of Chapainawabganj district. It is a traveling Eid attraction or tourist center. During 2004, it was a dam or protection of the river Padma. Nowadays it has become a tourist attraction. This tourist center is located on the south side of Beribadh Road along the river Padma. It is surrounded by the tidal river Padma and golden fields. Many tourists come here from far and wide to enjoy the place. The sunrise and sunset can be easily enjoyed from here. The main attraction of this place is the afternoon. Apart from the local population, many foreigners come here to visit our Eid and religious ceremonies and national commemorative days. There are two entrances to this place from Chapainawabganj district. The place can also be reached from Shibganj Upazila through Wazirpar Road and Beribadh Road. This kind of place is built on the offside, you will not get the kind of facilities: there is no toilet facilities. There are no residential hotels or restaurants. There is no safe water system. But, there are facilities for the disabled to enter. If you want you can enjoy this place with your family. Inshallah you will like it.
