Awesome compound preserving the rich culture of india. First time i have seen a park cum tree reserve that opens at 3:15 am in morning. Entry is free. One of the best place to rejuvenate yourself by bathing in the bliss of nature. Gives a glimpse of how beautiful this country would be of rivers and forests are preserved.

Open Space divided into 3 compounds. It has lavish greenery compound, pathway for morning walk, huge space for everyone to play multiple outdoor games, a dedicated outdoor stadium for state level sports and an indoor stadium for games.nnA proper maintenance is required for all time cleanliness and to uplift greenery

Sandish Compound is a 30-year-old sports complex located in, Bhagalpur City, Bihar, opposite of police line Bhagalpur. It contains a Doordarshan TV Centre,volleyball court and a small open stadium . It also provides state level matches and is one of the best fields in Bhagalpur. This is Sandy's Compound, originally named after a Briton who was the Mayor of Bhagalpur. Very good place for jogging, running and walking.
