Editing my review on 5 oct 2020 after buying 2 more bajaj bikes. Avoid this dealership at all cost though it's one of the oldest dealership in Hooghly but the staffs are extremely incompetent except 2/3 staffs. They don't know whats going on with your bike( regarding paper status) . Unruly, misbehaviour is a common thing specially if you press them regarding papers. Don't buy from them unless you have to. Its been more than 2 months my third bike platina h gear didn't got the hsrp and they cannot say what the status is.
I have experience of 5 months , and behaviour of staff is very helpful.... But excessive pressure than infrastructure , you can solve your problem giving them some time.. do not force them to deliver your bike soon.. all staff are helpful...
Every showroom in the city should learn mannerism from them.. Best in all section.. Service centre is very good.. Best of all they listen to you everytime...
Just visited for small brake repair. Mechanic is good but the process the repair process is not very efficient.
