So far I used urbanclap technologies, I never faced any issue but recently the professional damaged my property..when I raised my complaint, the customer care executive was very unprofessional and they said that I cannot claim for the damage as the professional is denying that he damaged the property.. This is worst customer support I ever experienced..

I have opted for service of a Air cooler repairer, as the water was not flowing continuously . An electrician by name Sadiq Ahmed Jaweed came for fixing it. He informed me that it is a Voltas brand cooler and he may not be able to fix it, I asked him not to even open the cooler , if he is not acquainted with the technology. He immediately said that he will look into the same and to remove the water took it to balcony, where without even intimating me, severed the connection of the pump, replaced the pump with local pump and severed timer connection also and got the cooler inside. The water was flowing and I enquired as to why light is not coming in timer. He informed that it will blink when water in tank get exhausted, the timer will blink. He also said that timer was not working as such the water was not flowing continuously. I asked him not to replace the pump though working properly was disconnected and new one is replaced. After 7 days of working, the water was blowing from the fan like rain, drenching me and the floor completely and ultimately stopped working. As such I gave complaint and the same person came to rectify the mistake on10-4-2021. He checked the cooler and stated that motor in the cooler has got burnt and that has to be replaced. I told him that I am going to report to the company, but he pleaded that his name will be spoiled and he will not be assigned any work and that he will replaced the motor by monday i.e.,12-4-2021, as the next day was sunday and that he cannot get the motors from company. But though I called him on Monday he did not respond and on 13-4-2021, I got a message on Whatsup stating that the Complaint No.ucoABA36E09 IS BEING CLOSED AS THERE WAS NO RESPONSE WHEN CALLED. THE COMPANY IS CALLING FROM PHONE NUMBER OF CHANDIGRAH ETC., AND USUALLY, WE THINK THAT IT IS SOME ADVERTISEMENT AND WILL NOT LIFT WHEN WE ARE BUSY. I being an advocate was busy as the courts were to close for summer vacations in may and did not lift the call. I immediately opened the link and sent a message stating the above facts and even sent a message that the complaint is not resolved as their personnel had not turned up to rectify the mistake and that the Cooler is made useless, due to their electrician. But so far I did not receive any call from the URBAN CLAP COMPANY OR THE ELECTIRICIAN, who had completely spoiled my Air Cooler. I could not follow up immediately, due to my professional work. So the technicians are not good and they spoil your appliances, and the Company will not respond once payment is received and will not take responsibility.

I booked my call paying for deep cleaning full home.2 days they come....ask me to show all rooms and are demanding that I should move items ...they dont touch items.....how can cleaning be done without they dusting item....they just walk out and ask me to cancel the booking...when I refuse....they have cancelled without servicing......something phishing is happening..company pls respond

The so called kitchen cleaning professional turned out to be more like Railway platform cleaners. The kitchen floor had all patches and lizrds, cockroaches and ants!! They have offered me 50 percent cashback which I rejected andasked for a comeplete recleaning. But the service executive sneakily added 50 percent without my knowledge and sent an SMS. Saying case resolved. I intend to write and talk to their CEO.
