My MI Band stopped working after 5 months of purchasing I called customer care who told me to get it repaired from any MI service centre near by as it's under the warranty period but when I go here for the same they denied the service saying there is no such thing as repairing they can only replace it but they won't replace my band because it has a scratch which is legit negligible.nThe problem was not regarding the scratch my band battery started draining just in 1-2 day which was the issue not resolved by the authority.
