OYO 22973 Hotel Shiva Inn

Worst experience... management extremely poor. No maintenance.. horrible arrangements

The rooms were good but that is the “only” good thing in “Hotel Shiva Inn”. We booked 30 rooms for our guests for the wedding of my younger brother.nnHere are the 4 big blunders happened with us-nn1. We were promised to provide the rooms at 9:30 in the morning while the rooms were given at 1:30 pm. One of my “Bhua ji” who is parallelised had to walk in corridor in order to wait for the room because the hotel management staff failed to even provide chairs while rooms were getting prepared.nn2. We paid 20k extra for food for drivers. The hotel management staff served two days old rice to drivers which were stinking. All drives denied accepting the food.nn3. Their so-called “suit” room (225, 226, 227) are not really a “suite” room as compared to 224. Door lock of one of the suit room 227 broke and they took more than an hour to fix it. One of my relative’s 8-month baby’s food was inside the room and he was crying like hell because of hunger. Meanwhile, the management staff (apparently the head of the management) was talking disrespectfully & rudely with guests to get the problem fixed.nn4. This one is too much- it was 11:30 pm in the night of the ceremony and the staff had turned off the corridor's lights. Only a few were on. One of my “Maasi” fell from stairs because of no light while going to classic rooms (the worst design on the 2nd floor) and she got wounds below her ear and in her upper head. She started to bleed and lost her conscious for a few minutes.nnApart from this, on the 2nd floor where the stairs end, there is a small elevation on the floor. Many of the relatives who used stairs (including myself) fell from that place.nnThe worst place for functions. Will never book that hall.

It was really a fabulous place. Actually I went for a marriage ceremony. Lawns, banquet Hall and rooms were all superb.

This rooms here are good and well maintained. The price is also reasonable.
