WORST WORST WORST place ever in CAPITAL LETTERS!!! We booked two rooms. And both were pathetic. Showers broken, taps broken, even the switch boards were broken and didn't work. The tv also didn't work. The flush also came out with just two press.. And the list is never ending. Super unprofessional staff. Please don't go there!

Ridiculous place. Poor hygiene. Insect infested property and dim lighted. Most of the basic emenities aren't provided and if provided, are of very poor quality. The staff is rude and forces you to give them 5 stars in front of their eyes. That's how they've got a good rating. I gave them a low rating and their manager called and abused me. Dared me not to book a room their. Please don't go there. It's a sham.

Ok for the low price and good deal. However not exceptional. Few points to improve:n1. Check in process. Keep a checklist sheet with items within the room and toilets which are required to be available, before confirmation of the room. There were quite a few basic items which were missing and had to call several times for them, which of course took time and reminders to be provided. Can be avoided by keeping a small checklist sheet.n2. Receptionist keep a register to just note down any request which you confirm to the guest either through intercom or in person. And then track it for closure.. There were several instances when staff confirmed will be provided, but required reminders sometimes more than once. Obviously it’s human nature to forget when request comes from different rooms and source. This can be easily avoided if a register for all such request is noted and tracked to closure.nThank you.

It's a great place , with very good interior and artistic designs everywhere in hotel... Specially the washrooms are awesome and the hot shower was the best part of it....you can order from your room to eat, staff and reception is very nice and humble.... Love the place.Well, if you aren't using the parking space then it's a decent place to stay. Such a cozy place, clean rooms, specious along with delicious food. I spend one day over there and I enjoyed the experience. What I didn't like about the place that was the parking issues, it's very difficult to park over there, as you'll hardly get some place over there. Otherwise I enjoyed the experience.
