Pathetic.nThey don't give bath towel at night.nThey don't give AC remote.nThey don't give shampoo.nThey don't give body lotion.nNo geyser.nChanged 3 rooms in 24 hrs.nHighly pathetic breakfast.

I am from Chennai I stayed here 17 nights each and every day I had a excellent hospitality.. I had chosen the balcony room it has road side view.. Cleaniness and hospitality especially in this pandemic situation has to be appreciated.. The restaurant food is above par each and every dish is delicious little costly but ultimate in taste...must recommended to stay and this street is filled with almost all necessary shops in very nearer...

Till now a good hotel.nBudget friendly and clean rooms.nPeople are professional, means they won't judge if you're are a couple.nAC was fixed at a constant temperature with no remote, so that's annoying but the room was compact and beautifully designed.

I stayed here presently due to my personal family health issue. Same breakfast, no cleaniness inside the room. However few staffs were decent.

It is the worst place I have ever been to. The service was horrible as no one helped me, The sheets were extremely dirty and smelly and it took the staff over an hour to change them. Even in a different room the sheets had fresh stains on them. Moreover, someone called Dilip talked extremely rudely to us and even the customer service in the app refused to help me or listen to my problems. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. IT IS EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC AND THEY HAVE NO SANITARY STANDARDS. I MADE THE WORST MISTAKE BY SPENDING MY WEEKEND THERE.
