Very horrible experience, a manager called ali confirmed us on call that raw rice is available, and i reached there on a high expense. After reaching, no raw rice was available and the staff was very rude and manager ali was not picking up the call. The time were service recovery was necessary, the staff was arguing with us and not showing us their identity. It was a very horrendous experience, where compensation was not given, unlike other stores and i am very much assertive of not visiting the store again. Thank you so much for this awful experience.

Worst experience ever. Zero service, the advice I would like to give to the manager is train your employees and serve the customer better. It's good that you greet and stuff, but also make sure people don't pile up in the que, you guys take 10 mins to bill 3 things. I hope someone reads this and make improvements.
