Had wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and priced reasonable.. I will always use this hotel everytime I goto Saputara. Owner helped us a lot. We could not have had bonfire without their support

service is not good and receptionist behaviour is like rude

my personal exasperation wonderful nurture are green i like this hotels and staff.....lost of enjoy it.....

Very rude behaviour by manager/receptionist. He does not know what hospitality means. He will use roadside language with you and even with your family. If you try to argue, he will go abusive too with you. To him, you are a liability as if you have taken stay for free. So you have to ignore him or spoil your vacation there.nnThe hotel charges you for everything - even for Towelset and you have to keep begging for everything, The intercom was not working nor the lift. So for everything you need ( even water), you have to go using staircases and talk to rude manager/receptionist. Then you are at his mercy. He may provide you the same or abuse. He does not know art of saying no and keeps on saying no for everything.nnThe check-in time is 10am. If you are somewhat early to reach, they want allow to enter the premise and rude manager will tell you to get out bluntly. Waiting facility won't be provided.Even cloak room is not available, so you have to leave your luggage at reception. On checking in at 10 am, you will find another surprise. Hot water is not available at 10am. On asking for that, they will say that hot water facility is available till 9 am only. How can they turn hot water facility off before check-in time. So you have to again beg for hot water. However. on talking to owner's son, it was provided.nnThe hotel was in renovation phase. So the rooms were good and clean. But the hospitality treatment will too much embarrace you and will spoil your stay there.

Very bad . Dirty rooms. Everything from soap to towel to blanket to room serviced is chargeable. Lights don't work. Zero star. Only choose this hotel if you want to spoil your vacation. Rude staff ever expect money for each and everything
