My encounter with hotel batra happened by chance . We were on the way to chandigarh . Unfortunately both of our phones network broked . My wife had an very important office call . So i took an unknown route in the middle to the journey just to get some help and we found hotel batra. We just asked them for their wifi network so that she can take her office call . The staff was so helping that they told us to use their wifi network in their lobby .They also gave us all the information on why was the network broken . We were so thankfull to them . I would defenetely stop here some day and stay in this hotel . Thanks a lot to navin sharma ji and the owner of the hotel .

This is a kind of road side lodge from inside. No services, no food, no proper parking, hotel in crowded location, too much noise in rooms, not educated staff, nothing found good other than a big hording of the hotel which is visible from bus stand.

Hotel is okk. Not very good according to price.

Room was overpriced, hotel was very filthy, food service was late, cockroaches was in bathroom, Drain was clogged because of leaf over hair, bathroom was smelling like roadside toilet, blanket was filthy, lethargic staff. Bad experience.
