Nice place. The hotel was also great as well as staff was also friendly. Really helped us on our trip in midnight also. Still shall recommend to the hotel manager to focus upon the washroom in the rooms. Found a dirty bucket as well as washroom too. Otherwise all was good including food also(just tried the bf buffet)

Just a fine place.nnStaff is really Courteous and helpful.nHas a small pool On Terrance.nLocated next to city plaza mall and in close proximity to bus stand.nnBasic cleanliness can be an issue here.nHot water takes 3 bucket of time.

Yesterday we had a event in so called GRAND Viktoria, ambiance was nice, food was good, but the reason for the 1 star and negative rating is due to that one staff member who ruined our night, he was drunk and started to abuse and misbehave with us, this is all to inform the management team, that you hardwork was all dumped with that one guy. Who so ever is reading this review, please not every other thing was great, no issues with anyone else, but its all for that one guy who made me to give this low side review. GOB BLESS EVERYONE !

Had fun visiting this place.!! Great Ambience, Polite staff and delicious food.nRooftop terrace is also beautiful with a large pool and an open sky view!nTruely in love with this awesome place!!!

Visited for dinner on dussera nightnOver priced, moderate quality food, forgettable service, no feed back form or visitors diary was available.nMy suggestion - avoidable.
