SPOT ON 29647 Hotel Heaven

Poor or can say no room service..dirty bed linens..dirrtty room and washroom..even they did not provide basic things like towel .. veryy veryy bad experience

They are running this hotel with two name.nHotel kamal on Goibibo. Hotel Heaven on OYO.nHotel room smell very bad. Bedsheets nd pillow was very shady.

Very bad bathroom. Cleaning is not done properly. Bed is very bad for sleeping.

Well furnished rooms. But the condition of washroom is not good.

One of the worst hotels I had ever seen. It was supposed to be a halt overnight enroute my drive - but turned out to be a nightmare because of this shady hotel. The 1st room they gave me was full of bed bugs !! ... As soon as we noticed this we got out, started dusting and cleaning our luggage and moved our luggage to our car ... Then they gave me another room, which we spent almost an hour inspecting. The bedsheets were shaby, pillow covers shaby (got them replaced but only get a lesser shaby one - not a clean one still), condom packets strewn around below the mattress, shaby toilets and wash basin full of paan spit stains. Horrendous experience making it even worthless to try another room - we just had to get away from there as soon as possible. Waste of money.
