Great place to study. Separate reading rooms are available for male and female free of cost. Generally students come here to prepare for competitive exams. Speed doubles up here. Nice environment. Newspapers available to read.

A single hall is provided for girls .Electricity facility is ok .water facility is nice . This is average library if we compare it with sec17 CHD library.my experience was not bad .

Best collection of books and manuscripts here. Biggest government library in Haryana. A poor upkeep due to lack of staff. Membership readily available.

very bad , always smelling washrooms, no maintainance of books,no latest edition of books r available..nthey r showing two locations of library & none is perfect..n1. rukmani devi hall (only 4 boys)n2. state central library.(2 rooms for only girls..others for boys)nn&no wifi facilitynambala walon chd se kuch to sikho...
