Hotel The Royal Park

They don't treat well with there guests. And after saying them to change the room because bedsheet was not clean they gave us another room which was smelling very badly then we said to change the room again then they told us in very aggressive way to find another hotel.. the madam sitting on the reception have no sense how to talk to their guests. And poor facilities available in this hotel and toilets are very poor and small.

Its a very bad experience over there, very poor hospitality. Will not recommend to anyone.

I really hate to leave the bad reviews. But the services here was incredibly bad last week that I had to. The staff was very rude. As the waiter you’re the first impression of a restaurant or a hotel and if this is the impression they want to give well mission accomplished. We won’t we back

Not a good host. Receptionist should have sense of how to behave and talk kindly. Bad.

Treating the customer very badly. Should not behave rudely and speak harshly with the customer.nIt'll be better if the management cares about the rude and harsh behaviour to kind and polite with the customer.nI'll not personally recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.
