Very nice ambiance and setup. Extremely comfortable room. Very spacious. Good food. Though limited menu. Very hospitable and efficient staff. The service level was excellent.nOverall a very good experience.

Excellent and peaceful staynVisited recently to this property for celebrating my daughters 1st bday. Stayed for 3 nights.nWe had a peaceful and excellent stay. Heritage wing is the best to stay. Food was very good and baby friendly too. Service is good. Staff well behaved and prompt.

Lovely place for visit with family or friends. 1920 Property has Heritage value and feel to it. Property is done up very well to give comfort to guests. Staff is very cooperative and caring. Food buffet is excellent. Service is fast. Covid related safety and precautionary steps were followed by all staff from receptionist to bell boys to chefs and captains and service boys. Well maintained property with close proximity to most of the sightseeing points . Located next to Champak lakes popular for boating. With good child play area kids have complete enjoyment. Property has Swimming Pool which was closed due to COVID. All in all it’s a complete package for anyone looking for a good holiday.

Very positive staff and excellent food appealing all pallets.nBuffet offerings are moderate yet covers entire spectrum and food is delicious.nFor kids, huge space to play around and is safe inside with gated property.nBest place to stay in Pachmarhi.
