The place feels like built in a very small spacenIt is situated on the road to bella clubnThere is parking space in front for 2-3 carsnA separate parking is available which is non paved and water logged in rainnI went for a birthday party at the top floor. The air conditioning was too bad in the hall . It was congested for about 100 people. First two floors are for lodgingnThe place is beat and tidy as it is new. Rooms are nice . Passages are small and congested for two people to cross each other. Staff are okay

Newly opened property (opened in September 2017) at Padnekad. Very close to the national highway. Just a few feet away from the reputed Bekal Club. The home-stay has spacious rooms of 4 star quality. Excellent views of the greenery around. The tariff is very competitive with the Master suite available at under Rs. 3000/- . Very close to Nakshathra Auditorium, Bekal Club Convention Center and Good Shepherd Church Padnekad. Families planning wedding or reception at there places should not miss the chance to get accommodation here. PS. I have not used the restaurant yet.

Just a short detour from the highway. Just 6 rooms. Not other service. But being just a stones throw from Bekal club, you can awail their facilities, if you're an affiliate member. The rooms are nice clean and tidy.
