Decent place to stay, bit on the expensive side. Had a issued with the staff providing toiletries after a bit of tough talk it was sorted out. You must provide amenities , sad excuses like no towels , no soap is below average and unprofessional.

This is a fairly new hotel (opened around September 2020).nnRooms: Spacious rooms with good AC and hot water. Some parts of the room needed a little bit of cleaning which they did promptly when asked.nnStaff: The manager, Abhi, was very professional and helpful. Was very understanding even when I'd made some mistakes while booking the rooms. Sreejesh helped us with everything we needed in the rooms. They also helped in arranging autos and taxis when required.nnFood: There's no restaurant in the hotel although there's a sister concern running a restaurant outside (Apple Restaurant) and food was promptly delivered to our rooms. Food was average in taste. Hotel doesn't provide cutlery so we made do with paper plates and plastic spoons.nnLocation: Bekal fort is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Took us 10 minutes to walk to the Bekal Beach and Park.

Nice hotel. Neat and clean. Nearby Bekal fort.
