OYO 70830 Fort Land Residency

Easy to reach! Good service and clean room. Reasonable price.

Good room and location. Only problem was bathroom which was very small and not clean to the mark. There was a smell which didn't go even after cleaning.

Stay is okay. Food has to be ordered from outside, but it's not an issue as they deliver to room till mid-night.

Excellent stay at Affordable place. Neat and Tidy place. On highway side.

Poor customer service. If we seen in OYO 830 rupees, They asking 1000 rupees. After we question them, they called tech expert and they changing OYO rates each refresh. After they called expert showing 1100, 1280, 1184, 999 like that showing. It's a cheating hotel ever in Kerala I seen.
