Submitted a local cheque for availing NSC on 26.09.19. But realised on 10.10.19. Almost 15 days even after continued follow ups?. Where we are now whether in Stone age or Digital age?. The response and cooperation is very poor from the official staff. We, the senior citizen who live on savings, have to suffer for the inordinate delayed service and financial loss due to their lazy, unfriendly service. I am going to register complaints for this inordinate delay etc.?
