If you visit Idukki Dam, you must come down to lower side of Arch dam. Its a wonderful view. You don't have permission to get inside.

The view from top of the dam is mind blowing. But you should hire a buggy car from the entrance because there is a long walk from one dam to the next.

Must watch place.. only problem is photography is prohibited... If you come to idukki dont go back without visiting this place..

If possible try to reach the bottom of the reservoir, the feeling is totally different.
