It was a good experience and the service provided by them was awesome and really I enjoyed a lot. Mr Finer who was the manager played a good role in treating us all in a happiest way and did all the helpful needs. I really thank all the staffs for making my vacation trip to the southern panorama resort. The food was also very good and tasty. All in all it’s was memorable day I spent with my wife and my family. Recently travelled to Southern Panorama Indriya with my colleagues for 3 days. What a beautiful, serene haven! Although sightseeing in Munnar was one of our main agenda, we ended up spending first two days exploring the property. It's so vast and diverse and the staff were very helpful with all our needs, all of us had a great time at the resort. We couldn't get enough of the poolside campfire and party area that we spent both nights there till dawn as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to take some time out and re-energize! Truly a fabulous vacation spot!

Had an absolutely memorable stay at Southern Panorama Indriya Munnar! We were here for a team outing from office, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent so much time relaxing by the pool, and around the campfire, that we hardly felt like going sightseeing outside. Their hospitality alone deserves 5 stars - such warm and courteous staff. Will surely recommend to friends and family!

The room was good and at a very reasonable rate. The staff was very courteous and polite. They took proper care in maintaining safety and hygiene which made our stay comfortable. The location was also convenient and the hotel was easy to find

We are very happy to stay there. We stayed there for two days. It was awesome. And also the service was excellent by the front office staff , anand and restaurant staff. All staffs are very friendly and very caring with a smiling face. Security man is also very pleasant every time and give us more information about that place. Thank you Southern panorama indriya for giving such a wonderful day.nSome negatives which I found was it is very much away from the town and the approach road is very rough. Quality of food was excellent but the quantity given is very less as per the rate.
